‎Learn more about the brand

Around 2003, Nahtrang studio was the name imagined by Daniel Vila and Ester Pujol for their new adventure. At that time, the two collaborators had no idea that this Vietnamese city would become a real hub for so many clients.
Even years and years later, the duo explains that this project was a real springboard for them and that each project they decide to launch gives them nostalgia for it. The feeling they felt for this project gives them a huge smile.

Daniel Vila (Sant Quirze Safaja, 1975) and Ester Pujol (Sabadell, 1977), industrial designers from Escola Massana (Barcelona).

Daniel Vila previously obtained the title of technical drawing. After completing his training in 2000 as an industrial designer, and participating in various seminars such as Assidomän Frövi-Massana (packaging) and following a postgraduate diploma in design management by ICT (Catalan Institute of Technology),

They won a Medalla ADI 2000 (Industrial Designers Association) with the “Carro de vela” project. Between 2002 and 2003, Ester Pujol followed postgraduate courses in interior design at ETSAV. They founded Nahtrang Design in 2003.

In 2007-2008 they collaborated as a lecturer at the Escola Massana and sporadically as a guest lecturer at the Eina School of Design. In 2010 he taught "urban furniture" at another design school Elisava in Barcelona. Today they are professors at the EINA art school in Barcelona. Their products have appeared in various publications such as Experimenta, Creativity Guide, Casa Viva, ON Diseño, Diseño Interior or Incubator Berlin.

In 2012, they won a Silver Delta'12 Award for the Pile product. They are currently developing projects for national and international companies.
