We see design as a living language. A piece can be radical, joyful, historic or unexpected. What matters is its presence, its rightness and the place it will find in your home.

A gallery born of two perspectives.
Lauren and Simon opened The Woods in Paris in 2017. Lauren comes from luxury and creative work. Simon trained in art, design and digital. What they share is a boundless curiosity across furniture, fashion, art and visual culture.
The gallery has become a place where recognised icons sit alongside independent design editors, vintage and objects that shift habits.

We build the catalogue like a conversation. A collector’s piece can answer an accessible object, a recent creation a vintage find. Styles are not sorted into boxes: they are chosen to live together.
