Who are we ?

The concept

We offer a complete universe: at The Woods Gallery everything is linked.
The mix of horizons of the objects presented forms a whole, a “way of life”: the clothes created in our workshop, the decoration, the reading, the furniture, the artists invited to customize the vintage furniture, the exclusive wallpapers created in collaboration with the artists...
Everything comes together and complements each other in an original and unique way in Paris.

our selection

We strive to offer the design we like.

The Woods Gallery offers a wide range of vintage and contemporary furniture: armchairs by Pierre Paulin, chairs by Harry Bertoia, Italian lamps from the glorious 50s to 70s, restored and reupholstered mid-century sofas, tables by big names in Scandinavian design, but above all the specialty of Simon, the founder: Lounge Chairs and DSW chairs by Eames. He finds these historic fiberglass models whose price varies depending on the year of production and the color.
Vintage furniture rubs shoulders in a fun and refined way with offbeat and modern decorative objects, mixed with iconic pieces of contemporary art such as an ultra-limited collection of “Future Relic” pieces by Daniel Arsham that fans are snapping up.

We also offer a line of fashionable and ethical clothing: The Woods Paris created by Lauren the founder. Line made in Paris in our workshops from fabrics from textile overproduction.

The gallery

“A stone's throw from the Abbesses district, which has become a paradise for clothing chains, the discreet rue André del Sarte plays the select card by welcoming cutting-edge brands, independent brands and a trendy canteen.
This is where Lauren and Simon Lecoy set up their concept store. Design, fashion and contemporary art come together in a selection that is as eclectic as it is cutting-edge.
When The Woods Gallery opened in 2017, its founders focused on offering everything they love: lots of vintage furniture from big names in design (Paulin, Eames, Magistretti, etc.), contemporary art pieces, decorative and everyday objects often offbeat or on the border of kitsch and classicism like ToiletPaper, Seletti or even the sculptor Ottmar Horl as well as their clothing line: The Woods Paris.
Lauren and Simon have also selected a series of cutting-edge magazines, a few design and art books, and exhibit the work of Parisian artists with whom they collaborate to create exclusive and unique pieces.

The Woods Gallery tastefully bridges the gap between classic and contemporary, sure values and avant-garde in this small street which rises from the 18th arrondissement. »
