AC/AL Studio

AC/AL is a French design studio, founded in 2013 by Amandine Chhor and Aïssa Logerot.
Passionate about materials, craftsmanship and industrial manufacturing processes, the complementary duo strives to offer meaningful design and to create products that enhance use and functionality through clean lines.
Immersing themselves in contexts with diverse constraints and needs, they develop a specific approach to each project, with constant objectives of rationality and accuracy of forms. With high standards at each stage of the project, the studio manages collaborations ranging from artistic direction to space, furniture and product design.
Since 2009, Amandine and Aïssa have also participated in the development of i.do, a non-profit association and an interdisciplinary collaborative platform, dedicated to offering skills in design and architecture, in order to develop and support solidarity projects in developing countries.

AC/AL est un studio de design français, fondé en 2013 par Amandine Chhor et Aïssa Logerot. Passionnés par les matériaux, l'artisanat et les procédés de fabrication industrielle, le duo complémentaire s'attache à proposer un design qui a du sens et à créer des produits qui valorisent l'usage et la fonctionnalité à travers des lignes épurées. S'immergeant dans des contextes aux contraintes et besoins divers, ils développent une approche spécifique à chaque projet, avec des objectifs constants de rationalité et de justesse des formes. Avec une exigence élevée à chaque étape du projet, le studio gère des collaborations allant de la direction artistique à la conception d'espace, de mobilier et de produit. Depuis 2009, Amandine et Aïssa participent également au développement d'i.d.o, une association à but non lucratif et une plateforme collaborative interdisciplinaire, dédiée à offrir des compétences en design et architecture, afin de développer et d'accompagner des projets solidaires dans les pays en développement.
