1/ DELIVERY TIME

Products in stock, shipped via La Poste Colissimo or GLS, are sent within 24 hours.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email automatically.
Larger products are shipped by specialized carrier.
You will be contacted to set a time slot at your convenience.
We also ensure international delivery of all our products by La Poste Colissimo, GLS or by specialized carrier.


2/ DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination of the package and the postal service chosen.
- So-called “light” orders concern textiles, stationery, small decorations, etc.
- So-called “small volume” orders include small furniture, decoration or a large number of lighter items.
- Orders are considered "bulky" from 3 items of small furniture.
- When ordering large furniture, only the delivery method via private carrier is offered.

Light order: €6.90
Small order: €9.90
large order: €26.90

DELIVERY BY CARRIER
In the case of large furniture (sofas, tables, etc.), a carrier delivers you to your home, at the foot of the building.
From €39, a supplement may be requested depending on your purchase and your location, do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.

EUROPE

HOME DELIVERY: Colissimo (2 to 5 days)
Light order: €12.90
Small order: €24.90
large order: €46.90

DELIVERY BY CARRIER
In the case of large furniture (sofas, tables, etc.), a carrier delivers you to your home, at the foot of the building.
From €149 , a supplement may be requested depending on your purchase and your location, do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.

HOME DELIVERY: Colissimo (4 to 8 days)
Light order: €32.90
Small order: €47.90
large order: €77.90

DELIVERY BY CARRIER
In the case of large furniture (sofas, tables, etc.), a carrier delivers you to your home, at the foot of the building.
From 1000€ , a supplement may be requested depending on your purchase and your location, do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.


3/ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days after receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his own expense the products which do not give him satisfaction in accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition. Any product returned damaged will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: any "personalized" product (choice of fabric, color of wood, custom dimensions, etc.) cannot be refunded: the product is not in stock and is specially made by the manufacturer to the customer.


4/ ACCESSIBILITY CONDITIONS

When purchasing bulky items, you should ensure that they can be delivered by internal elevator or staircase and can be passed through doors.
We cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering bulky items due to narrow access (doors, streets, corridors, stairs, etc.).
Our delivery drivers are not authorized to use exterior elevators or other systems to deliver items through windows.
At your request, we can put you in contact with a moving company specialized for this type of delivery.
Any agreement will be based on a contract between you and the specialist company, the costs will be your responsibility.
If the place of delivery of your order is inaccessible on the day scheduled for delivery, you will be required to pay the full delivery costs.


5/ ABSENCE ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY

Were you not present on the day of your delivery?
In the event of absence on the day of delivery or in the event of an error in the delivery address, you will be charged the costs of redelivery.
