Payment in instalments is reserved for persons of legal age.
Compatible card
Use a card accepted by Alma and valid until the last instalment. Some prepaid or virtual cards may be declined.

Acceptance remains subject to Alma’s checks. If it is declined, you can return to paying in full.

01 When does the Alma option appear?
Alma is offered at the payment stage only for eligible orders. If the option does not appear, you can pay for the order using one of the other methods available.
02 Are there any fees?
The applicable conditions, the amount of each instalment and any fees are displayed by Alma before you confirm. This summary is the reference for your payment.
03 When are the instalments collected?
A first amount is collected at the time of purchase, then the following instalments are debited according to the schedule presented before confirmation. Alma then sends you a summary and reminds you of upcoming payments.
04 How does a refund work?
After The Woods has validated the return, instalments not yet collected are adjusted or cancelled. Sums already paid are credited back to the card used, according to the amount of the refund.
05 Where can I find my payment schedule?
The confirmation message sent by Alma contains access to your payment schedule. You can also view your upcoming payments and manage your card from your Alma customer account.
