Collection: Componibili storage furniture - Kartell

A timeless classic, always looking towards the future, discover the Componibili collection from Kartell created by Anna Castelli Ferrierri in 1967.

Appearing under the name “mobili 4970/84”, the Componibili revolutionized design thanks to a new original approach combining design and plastic materials.
They have received a large number of tributes and recognitions, including an important presence in the permanent exhibition at MOMA, in New York, and at the Center Georges Pompidou, in Paris.
It was the first modular and assembleable furniture made from ABS, a new material for its time, extremely advanced from a mechanical and aesthetic point of view.

Flexible, functional, practical, Componibili have been produced for fifty years. They are still a current and contemporary creative symbol of an extremely fertile historical period.
