Skygarden Pendant Lamp - Marcel Wanders / 2007: The Alliance of Elegance and Fantasy
The Skygarden pendant light is much more than a light fixture. Presented for the first time at the Milan show in 2007, it has become a true design icon, marking the perfect alliance between minimalist elegance and baroque fantasy. The large dome in shiny black aluminum hides a sumptuous interior in white plaster decorated with molded patterns and garlands of flowers. This marriage of simplicity and baroque decoration creates a delicate and surprising harmony. The internal opaline glass diffuser is wrapped in baroque stainless steel lace.

Marcel Wanders graduated from the Arnhem art school in 1988, is a Dutch designer. From 1990 to 1992 he worked at Landmark Design & Consultancy, one of the most important design studios in the Netherlands.
In 1992, Wanders was one of four founders of WAAC's Design & Consultancies, which quickly became one of the best-known design studios in the Netherlands. He worked as an independent designer and began to be recognized with the creation of the Knotted Chair produced by the Dutch collective Droog Design in 1996.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Any product returned damaged will not be refunded.
