EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The products must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition.
Any product returned damaged will not be refunded.

Des produits de qualité avec un suivi très sérieux de la livraison. 4 chaises arrivées parfaitement emballées et un livreur très poli et précautionneux. Merci, tout cela est devenu rare ces derniers temps.

Excellente communication de la boutique The Woods Gallery
Site très ergonomique.
Le livreur GLS, par contre, laisse à désirer : un suivi peu fiable avec un colis égaré qui arrive en retard après les deux autres colis identiques partis en même temps sans trop savoir pourquoi mais qui arrive quand même et c’est le principal.
