Fromme 75 cm bar stool by Tom Chung

This bar stool features the beech plywood seat from the Fromme Bois collection at a height of 75 cm, set on an aluminum tubular base with an integrated footrest and shock absorbers. Five finishes are available: black or red-brown stained beech, Alpi veneer with the Sottsass pattern, a seat upholstered in SHAKE fabric by ROHI, or black leather. An indoor piece, which can be mixed with the aluminum stools of the same height. Choose carefully: 65 cm for a countertop, 75 cm for a bar; both versions are available.

Fromme Bois: wood meets aluminum

The Bois version replaces the aluminum seat with a beech plywood shell, mounted on the same aluminum base; it pairs very well with pieces from the all-aluminum version. The Upholstered finish features the seat clad in SHAKE fabric from the German manufacturer ROHI, with its shimmering surface; the Leather finish wraps it in black leather; the Alpi finishes use a reconstituted wood veneer from the Italian manufacturer ALPI, whose Sottsass pattern originates from the 1980 collaboration between the brand and Ettore Sottsass, at the dawn of the Memphis movement. This version is for indoor use only.
