Lire la suiteLove Banana is a mirror with an outline in the shape of a heart formed by two joined bananas, tips pointing downwards. The lines are bright yellow and screen-printed onto the glass, with the shape created by cutting the mirror itself rather than using a frame. The manufacturer specifies dimensions of 64 centimeters high by 50 centimeters wide, with glass as the sole material. It belongs to the same Antichità 3000 collection as the Vanity and Selfie mirrors, and follows the same process: a printed image superimposed over the reflection. The piece mounts to the wall and does not have built-in lighting.
Seletti presents Love Banana as a mirror that "comes to the rescue of those with a heavy heart" and allows one to "view even the most breathless love with lightness," and states dimensions of 50 × 64 centimeters in glass.
