The rods are designed to optimize a combination of shelves and are compatible with metal and galvanized shelves. They are available in the following widths: 24 cm, 53 cm, and 72 cm.
The 53 cm and 72 cm wide rods must be mounted across the width of the shelf, while the 24 cm wide rod can be mounted across the width or the depth, if the shelf has a depth of 30 cm.

The rods promote functionality and allow for even more creative storage solutions. They are the optimal accessory for your entryway or wardrobe shelf, as they allow for the addition of String® System hangers. It is also a perfect place to hang scarves, shawls, or why not the dog leash.

Fully modular, the String shelving system offers total freedom to customize the look, dimensions, and functions of your bookcase.

The STRING system is made up of two metal panels (beige, white, gray, black, or metal) onto which you simply insert wooden shelves (beige, white, gray, black stained ash, ash, oak, or walnut).

All elements (panels, shelves, cabinets, etc.) are sold separately and are extremely easy to assemble.
You choose the number of panels, the number and length of the shelves, and you can add cabinets...
No tools are required for assembly, and the various elements are packed flat in lightweight packaging that can be transported by car.

The shelves and cabinets are freely arranged within the side panels.
You have a choice between several types of shelves: simple shelf (W 58 cm or W 78 cm), magazine shelf (W 78 cm), or shelf with 3 integrated bins (W 78 cm). You can also choose a cabinet with sliding doors or drawers.
The shelves and cabinets snap easily into the side panels, without tools. They can be placed freely at the desired height.
They are very easy to assemble and disassemble: you can change their position in the blink of an eye. The steel side panels are attached to the wall at 2 points: top and bottom; screws are provided.
To create your String composition, you simply need to purchase at least 2 side panels. If you wish to expand your bookcase, you can add a third panel or more.
