The webbed seat is hand-woven, strand by strand. The &Tradition technical sheet specifies the exact composition: natural linen and polypropylene. Marketing materials often only mention "hand-woven linen fibers" and omit the polypropylene; we prefer to provide the actual material. It is this blend that ensures the durability of a flexible seat, where linen alone would sag over time. Two colors are available: natural, and dyed black—the latter reserved for the black-lacquered ash structure.

Jakob Thau & Sami Kallio
