Week-End long coffee table by Studio Brichet-Ziegler

An elongated version of the Week-End coffee table, this 127 × 51 cm top standing 41 cm off the ground fits perfectly in front of a bench, a double sofa, or two armchairs from the collection: exactly the length of a sofa. Like the entire range designed by Studio Brichet-Ziegler, it is made of perforated, folded, and powder-coated aluminum sheet: rainwater passes through the top instead of stagnating, and the surface remains warm in the sun where a solid top would become scorching. At 7 kg, it can be moved with one hand to follow the shade. It is available in all 23 colors of the Week-End palette.

The Week-End collection

Week-End was born from a manufacturing choice: perforated, folded, and powder-coated aluminum sheet, which allows water and air to pass through. This allows the pieces to be left outside all season long without retaining rain or heating up in the sun like solid metal. The perforation also designs the light: at noon, each seat projects its own pattern onto the ground. The entire collection shares the same palette of 23 colors, designed to be matched or mismatched from one piece to the next.
