The BELVEDERE chair by Kartell, designed by the duo Ludovica Serafini & Roberto Palomba, embodies the perfect meeting of heritage and innovation. Inspired by the timeless elegance of the famous Viennese chairs, it revisits classic codes with a resolutely contemporary and sustainable approach.

A refined reinterpretation of the Viennese chair

Its name pays homage to the Belvedere Palace in Vienna, a symbol of art and sophistication. BELVEDERE combines the visual lightness of Vienna straw with a modern structure in recycled technopolymer, creating a unique dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and industrial innovation. This subtle contrast gives rise to an elegant, sober, and perfectly balanced silhouette.

Noble and responsible materials

The seat and backrest in natural rattan provide warmth and authenticity, while the structure in recycled thermoplastic technopolymer ensures strength, lightness, and durability. Available in several sophisticated finishes—white, black, forest green, or bordeaux—BELVEDERE fits just as well in a classic interior as in a contemporary space.

A new aesthetic code by Kartell

With BELVEDERE, Kartell goes beyond a simple homage to historical design to offer a true reinvention of iconic furniture. The chair becomes an aesthetic manifesto where past and future coexist harmoniously, offering a timeless piece designed to last.

La maison

Kartell
