Its molded polypropylene shell, covered in high-resilience foam, creates a high backrest that curves seamlessly into armrests: it is designed for a long, comfortable dinner. The black lacquered steel tube base remains intentionally slender beneath this rounded volume. The specific color is selected on our Fabrics and Materials page and confirmed before production, as each piece is made to order.
Fabrication
This chair is also available as a bare shell, without upholstery: the molded polypropylene shell remains visible, with no foam or fabric. It is the most economical version in the Elefy family and can be selected directly via the Upholstery option above. It is offered in five polypropylene colors, selected with you before production, as each piece is made to order.

Jaime Hayon
Né à Madrid en 1974, Jaime Hayon dirige le département design de Fabrica avant d'ouvrir son studio en 2000, entre mobilier, luminaire, objet et intérieur. La boutique propose ses pièces éditées par &Tradition, dont les suspensions Formakami, la lampe Montera et le bureau Palette.

&Tradition
&Tradition est un éditeur danois fondé à Copenhague en 2010 par Martin Kornbek Hansen. Son catalogue suit deux lignes : la réédition de classiques du design danois et des créations contemporaines. Côté patrimoine, la maison édite la suspension Flowerpot dessinée par Verner Panton en 1968, le fauteuil Little Petra conçu par Viggo Boesen dans les années 1930, ainsi que des pièces d'Arne Jacobsen et de Jørn Utzon. Côté création, elle travaille notamment avec Space Copenhagen, auteur du canapé Fly, Jaime Hayon et Luca Nichetto.
