Shit side table by Toiletpaper

The series brings together two occasional items produced by Seletti with Toiletpaper magazine, in two distinct designs. The side tables combine a wooden top with a metal base, measuring 57 x 57 cm at the base and 48 cm in height. Seletti describes their top as being shaped like a plectrum and presents the range as an evocation of 1970s dressing rooms.

The second family consists of folding-leg trays, made of MDF: 56 x 38 cm surface area, 4.5 cm thick when the legs are folded, and 25.5 cm high when unfolded. Seletti intends them for breakfast in bed or working from the sofa.

The two families are primarily distinguished by the space they occupy. The side table is a piece of furniture: placed on the floor on its metal base, it permanently occupies a 57 cm square and stands 48 cm high. The folding-leg tray, on the other hand, stores flat at 4.5 cm thick and is only deployed when needed, making it an object you take out and put away. The price difference reflects this: the folding tray remains well below the side table. Within the same family, from one reference to another, only the designs change: the material, format, and price remain identical.
