Le designer

Maurizio Cattelan et Paola Manfrin

Maurizio Cattelan, artiste italien né à Padoue en 1960, et Paola Manfrin sont à l'origine, avec Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, de Permanent Food. Lancée au milieu des années 1990 et publiée jusqu'en 2007, cette revue occasionnelle est composée de pages arrachées à d'autres magazines puis réassemblées. Les premiers numéros sont coédités notamment par Le Consortium, puis la revue passe aux Presses du réel, à Dijon. Cattelan fonde ensuite en 2010, avec le photographe Pierpaolo Ferrari, le magazine Toilet Paper.
