Achille Castiglioni's Taraxacum S pendant lamp for Flos takes its name from the botanical genus for the dandelion. Like the flower gone to seed, it forms a large volume bristling with points of light: a multitude of bulbs distributed over an aluminum structure.

It is available in two diameters. The 80 cm model features 60 3W LED bulbs with E27 bases, weighs 10.6 kg, and hangs from a 550 cm cable. The 105 cm version features 120 bulbs, weighs 14.2 kg, and has a 600 cm cable. The bulbs are included with the fixture.

Le designer

Achille Castiglioni
