Love in a Box by Marcantonio

Love in a Box features the anatomical heart from the Love In Bloom series, but in a box: the mold retains the organ’s contours, prominent veins, and rounded wall, opening to reveal an interior lined in red velvet. Seletti presents it as a jewelry box, designed for a single small valuable item rather than for storage. The format is flat, 18.9 cm long and 7.4 cm high, making it a piece for a bedside table or shelf, rather than a chest. The gesture highlighted by the brand is that of placing something inside before giving it as a gift: putting the object into the heart.
