Aledin Tec Lamp

Aledin is an LED task lamp available in two different versions, Tec and Dec, which are distinguished by their diffusers. Aledin Tec has a flat head that projects a direct beam of light and is also adjustable thanks to the movement of the diffuser itself. These features make it suitable for office use, whereas Dec is defined by the faceted decoration of its conical diffuser. On this model, the light beam projects a broader, more atmospheric light that lends itself well to residential applications. The two articulated polycarbonate arms that make up the structure of both models feature two aluminium rods with conductive properties. As a Class 3 luminaire, it provides high-performance brightness of around 600 lm and allows for significant energy savings thanks to its 5.6 W latest-generation LED bulbs.

The design

Italian designer Ferruccio Laviani was born in 1960. It was from the 1990s onwards that he stepped out of the shadows and his work began to achieve well-deserved international success. After graduating in architecture and design in Milan in 1986, Ferruccio Laviani initially designed industrial design objects in transparent and coloured plastic: lamps, lighting systems, etc.
