Palissade Bench

The backless bench is the most slender piece in the collection: just 42 cm deep and 120 cm long. This narrowness makes it a perfect bench for a hallway, along a wall, at the foot of a bed, in an entryway, or even as a garden bench. The seat is made of the same spaced, flat slats as the rest of the series, mounted on a tubular steel frame: rainwater passes through rather than stagnating. The 45 cm seat height matches that of the Palissade chairs, allowing it to be used at a table without any height difference. It is available in powder-coated steel, which is oven-baked, and in hot-dip galvanized steel, which is dipped in a molten zinc bath: this latter finish is not painted and will develop a patina over time.
