Toiletpaper applies its imagery here to an enameled metal medium, following a principle that the publisher summarizes in one sentence: unexpected images combined with familiar materials. The series brings together three formats, all in enameled metal: the 26 cm diameter plate, the bowl 17 cm in diameter by 8 cm high, and the mug 10 cm in diameter by 9 cm high.
From one format to the next, it is the dimensions that make the difference, not the finish. The 26 cm of the plate corresponds to the standard diameter of a dinner plate: it takes its place in a place setting and on a standard placemat. The bowl measures 17 cm in diameter by 8 cm high. The 9 cm high mug falls within standard cup heights.
Each item features a different design, and several designs are available in all three formats: you can collect the plate, bowl, and mug with the same image, or mix and match the patterns from one piece to another on the same table. Within the same format, the design is the only element that changes: the material and dimensions are identical from one item to the next.
What the publisher specifies regarding care
The three formats in the series carry the same indication from the publisher: “Dishwasher safe.” Machine washing is therefore intended for the plate, the bowl, and the mug, regardless of the design.
The publisher provides no other care instructions: no oven, microwave, or freezer use.
